Before sending in your requests, please read through all terms and conditions.
-I maintain all rights to the original artwork.
-I have the right to turn down any art request.
-All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose unless thoroughly discussed and mutually agreed upon.
-There will be no refunds once the painting has been started.
- Zero tolerance on AI. No Questions.
As Artist
- I have the right to post commissions on social platforms for personal and portfolio purposes.
- I am given time and creative freedom in order to provide quality results.
- I am not held responsible for any concequences of client failing to follow terms of service.
As Client
- Must credit me as artist via link or @ in bio
- May repost ONLY if given full proper credit and signature remains intact/unaltered.
- May NOT retouch, or reuse any parts for tracing, selling or re-purposing (This includes any and all forms of Artificial Intelligence).
- May NOT claim art as your own.
Payment
- Payment will be sent through E-transfer in USD. (As of Now)
- Artist and Client will mutually agree on final pricing before the start of the project.
- If at any point either parties decide to refuse commission, the artist will retain refused artwork and all non-refunded payment.
